Sometimes a custom behaviour requires a proof image, to show the behaviour was completed. However, members may upload an image that doesn’t prove they completed the behaviour. The behaviour approval feature in Horizon allows you to see what images members have submitted, to ensure the points should’ve been awarded.
To review any submitted images, go the the Loyalty Management tab, then select ‘Behaviour approval’ from the left-hand menu.
You'll see a list of submissions with some basic details; first name, last name, Behaviour name, completed date and validation status (if the image is approved, pending or rejected).
To view a submitted image, click the view icon to the right-side of the relevant submission.
In the pop-up window, you’ll see an image, which you can click to view a larger version. To the right of the image, you’ll see some options:
- Approve
- Pending approval (the state it’ll be in when the member first completes the behaviour)
- Reject.
To Approve or Reject, select the option, then click 'Apply' at the bottom of the window.
If you choose to Reject a submission, you’ll need to deduct the awarded points from the customers account. To learn how to do this, read Manually adjusting a Loyalty Member’s points balance.
If you want to approve multiple submissions at once, from the list view, tick the submissions you want to approve. Then select 'Approve completed behaviours' at the bottom of the page.
