A member may request a refund/return a offer or reward. You can refund a reward or offer via the member's contact record.
- Scroll down to the 'Loyalty & Rewards' section. Go to their member's wallet.
- Here you'll see their offers/rewards. To refund a offer/reward, click to the right.
- A popup window will appear:
Select a 'Reason' for the refund from the drop-down list.
Add a description. This is what the customer will see in their account history.
The points to refund are the total cost for the offer/reward and cannot be changed.
- Once you've filled in the details, click
The wallet will log a date/time in the wallet's 'Refund' column, as well as the user who refunded the offer/reward.
The refund will be logged in the 'Loyalty Transaction Activity' section.
