Members may have issues activating their loyalty account. The main reason for this is they have mistyped their email address on sign up. It is possible to manually activate a loyalty account, which will enable you to change the member's email address and they can sign in.
To do so:
- First find the member's unconfirmed account. Go to the Contacts tab and do an advanced search
- You'll need to add the unconfirmed search filter. Click
and find the 'Contact state' search filter on the second page of the 'General details' section.
- Add the 'Contact state' filter 'Unconfirmed loyalty enrolment'
- If you have any other search filters you can add to help find the contact, add them using the '+' button
- Click 'Search'
- To the right of the contact record, click
- You'll see a message at the top of the Contacts page indicating the member's account was activated. You'll now find the member in the list of contacts.
