Point adjustment reasons allow you to create custom reasons for adjusting a member's point balance. This makes it easier to identify the reason for the adjustment. This could something simple as 'Didn't received reward'.
If you haven't created any reasons, this option will not be visible when manually adjusting a member's points.
To create a new reason, go to Loyalty management > Point adjustment reasons
- In the 'Reason text' field, enter your adjustment reason name.
Your new adjustment reason will be listed when adjusting a member's points.
