Loyalty management
A loyalty scheme allows you to give back to your customers. You can encourage customers to do positive actions, that will result in customers getting points and eventually gaining rewards. As such, customers feel a positive connection with your business, meaning they are likely to spend more and recommend you to friends.
Horizon gives you control over how your loyalty scheme works, from creating loyalty behaviours (the actions they need to do to earn rewards), to configuring the currency to point conversion. You can even control how loyalty cards are processed for customers.
You also have access to your customer’s data (we call them Contacts in Horizon). You can change their loyalty member status, view their transaction history, adjust their points balance and much more.

Offer management
Offers are the rewards customers can claim with their loyalty points. You can do special promotions for offers, or make them available as tiered rewards only.
