There are two sections in the Content area: Messages and Publications. This is where you’ll create the content for your campaigns.
Here you will design your message, from the subject line to the message layout. To make it easier, you can drag and drop custom blocks (such as your logo or 3 columns) into your message.
You can create different content for each channel too, depending on what you have access to (Email, SMS, voice and so on).

Need to collect more data? Whether it's a contact form for your website, a post-purchase feedback survey or a landing page for a campaign, you can build it here. You can also create IVR (automated telephone) content, RSS or even tweets.
