In order to qualify for tiered rewards, a loyalty member needs to earn points. Horizon can monitor a number of different member behaviours that can earn points.
Loyalty behaviours
There are various loyalty behaviours you can set up. If you cannot find the behaviour you are looking for, you can setup custom behaviours.
The current options are:
They enrol into the loyalty scheme.
They refer a friend who then enrols and makes a purchase.
They use social media to share content within the Loyalty Portal.
They connect a social media account to their loyalty profile.
They enrich their loyalty profile with data from their social network.
Their social media friend enrols as a result of the content they shared.
Their social media friend makes a purchase after enrolling as a social media referral (as above).
Their shared social media content is liked.
