Reward tiers enable you to raise the awareness of the rewards a member may be able to qualify for, if they earn more points. It brings an element of gamification to our programme.
To update/view the reward tier boundaries go to Loyalty Management in the left-hand menu, then select 'Reward tiers'.
To edit a reward tier, click to the right of the a tier.
You can only change the minimum amount of points for a tier. This is because the maximum points is controlled by the minimum points from the next higher tier. For example, if I wanted to change Tier 1's maximum points from 499 to 599, I'd change Tier 2's minimum points to 600.
Alerting members when they are near a tier threshold
If you wish, you can trigger a message when a member is near a tier threshold.
To do so, you'll first need to set up the triggered message.
You can set up how near to the tier threshold they should be, to get the triggered message. To do this, go to Settings (in the top-right corner). Select 'Account Settings' from the left-hand menu.
In 'Account settings', click the plus sign to open up 'Loyalty & Rewards'. You'll see a setting called 'Tiered threshold (%)', which you can edit using the icon.
