This allows you to create a unique behaviour. The setup process is similar to Offers.
- Go to the Loyalty management tab and select 'Custom behaviours' from the left-hand menu.
- Fill in the details as needed.
- You can add some tags to your custom behaviour, which can be used to match offers to contacts. To learn more about tags, see Recommendation Rules.
Once you've created your custom behaviour, you can go back to this section and click 'Check rules' to see how many members match these tags.
- In the Proof section, you can add proof options if required (e.g. the customer must complete a quiz). If you select Image as your proof, check out Behaviour approval.
- There’s also the option to ask the member to provide feedback.
- Use the restrictions section to select the frequency or whether you want it to only be used once and/or whether it is location restricted.
