Horizon stores a variety of contact data; from their email address to their wishlist.
To view a member's data, you need to edit their contact record. To do this, go to the Contacts tab, find the contact and edit it (by clicking ).
The contact record contains all the standard data, such as name and email address, (for a full list of the standard fields, see Contacts - An overview) and their custom fields data.
Go to the 'Loyalty & Rewards' section. Here is where the member's loyalty data is stored.
- Date joined scheme: The date/time the member joined the loyalty program.
- Last login date: The date/time the member last logged into the loyalty portal.
- Scheme withdrawal: The date/time the member withdrew from the loyalty program.
- Business name: If applicable, the member's business name.
- Eligible?: If the member is eligible to join the loyalty program. This is for eligibility-based loyalty programs.
- Loyalty account status: The member's account status.
- Account status activity: The history of the member's account status, showing the date/time the member's status changed.
- Loyalty membership number: The member's membership number.
- Reward points balance: The member's point balance.
- Home store: If applicable, the member's home store.
- Referral ID: The member's referral ID. This is helpful for finding out if they joined the program after being invited by a friend.
- Card number: If applicable, the member's card number.
- Membership type: What type of account does the member have; individual or group.
- Leader: Whether they are a leader of a group.
- Member level: If applicable, what member level they are. This can be set manually.
Member wallet
The member wallet contains all the offers a member has claimed.
- ID: This is a system generated ID number.
- Offer/reward redemption date: The date/time the offer was claimed.
- Offer/reward/behaviour name: The offer name.
- Point cost: How many points the offer costs. If it's free, nothing will display.
- Actions: Any actions available will show here. If this is a voucher, you'll be able to download it here.
Member wishlist
The member wishlist lists all the offers a member has saved.
- ID: This is a system generated ID number.
- Date added: The date/time the offer was added to their wishlist.
- Offer/reward behaviour name: The name of the offer.
- Point cost/value: How many points the offer costs. If it's free, nothing will display.
- Type: The offer type.
- Can afford?: Indicates if the member can currently afford the tiered reward based on it’s cost and their current reward points balance.
- Points required: If they cannot currently afford the tiered reward then this field will indicate how many points they need in order to afford it.
- Progress: A percentage value showing how close to affording the tiered reward the member is.
