It's possible to import contacts via Amazon AWS S3. If you'd like to do this, please get in touch.

Activating S3 imports
- In Horizon, select Settings' in the left-hand navigation
- Select Account settings from the left-hand menu
- In the 'General' section, click
to the right of 'Enable S3 automatic import'
- Tick the tick box and click 'Update'
Configuring Horizon for S3
- Go to the Contacts tab
- Select 'Import summary' from the left-hand menu
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and in the 'S3 Automatic Import Configuration' section, click 'New Folder'
- Give your S3 folder a name and take note of this
- Select the import order. This is important if you have multiple S3 folders you wish to order in priority order.
- Select your import settings. This is a template of what fields are expected in your file. This is created when importing a contact file via Horizon and you get the option to save the settings. For more information, see Importing contacts from a CSV or Excel file
- Click 'Save'
- Get in touch with us and let us know what S3 folder name you set up and we can set up the rest of the configuration ready for your imports
