Customers may request you change their channels, such as their email or phone number.
To manually update this, find their contact record in Horizon.
- Click
to edit their contact record.
- Go to the section 'Opt-ins'.
- Click
to the right of the channel you wish to change. Or if you wish to remove the channel, click
to the right.
- Replace the channel (e.g. the Email address field) with the new channel. Ensure there are no spaces.
- Click 'Update'
- 'save' the contact.
