Offers are the rewards that you offer to loyalty members. They consist of two types, personalized and tiered.
Personalized are rewards that are offered to customers without a point cost, while Tiered rewards do have a point cost.
For each type of offer, recommendation rules can be created. These rules indicates what contact attributes (they purchased recently, they are female and so on) a member should have, to be able to see the offer. For example, a nightclub offer may only be visible to 18+ members.
The Offer Management functionality is available to all customers, at no extra cost. Please get in touch if you'd like this added to your account.
