Configuring the Send Message Wizard
To enable the Send Message Wizard for a user:
1. Assign an appropriate Horizon licence to the user.
2. Create one or more Horizon groups, and tag these as either an "Interest group" or an "Area group".
3. Create a Group Access Role, and specify the Interest groups and Area groups that this Role is permitted to send to.
4. Assign a Group Access Role to the user.
