The Send Message Wizard is a simple, step-by-step tool that lets users quickly send messages to pre-defined groups of contacts.
Using the Send Message Wizard
To use the Send Message Wizard:
1. Log into Horizon and click | Add-ons | at the top of the screen.
2. Select Wizards > Send message.
3. Select your recipients, ticking at least one internet group and area. Click Next
4. Decide whether the message should be sent just by email or by using each contact's preferred communication channels (email, SMS etc).
5. Enter the message content, and follow the remaining steps to preview the message before sending.
