Using the Send Message Wizard

To use the Send Message Wizard:

1. In Horizon, go to the 'Add-ons' tab
   
   
2. Select 'Send message' from the 'Wizards' left-hand menu
   
   
3. Select your recipients, ticking at least one internet group and area
   
   
4. Click Next
   
   
5. Decide whether the message should be sent just by email or by using each contact's preferred communication channels (email, SMS etc) 
   
   
6. Enter the message content, and follow the remaining steps to preview the message before sending.
