We’ve made a number of changes to the User Interface to aid navigation within the Horizon platform. This article provides an overview of these changes:
- Upgraded messaging system (MS3)
- Type option in email content

Upgraded messaging system (MS3)
We have upgraded our messaging system to a newer version, allowing your messages to send more quickly. We will be rolling this out to individual customers in the coming weeks.
Type option in email content
It’s now mandatory to set a type for email content, including Marketing, Notification, Transactional. Selecting Notification or Transactional means you no longer have to choose an opt-in category.
Offer Management is a new feature that allows you to store Offers in one place. You can then use Recommendation rules to match the right offers to the right contacts.

Horizon now gives you the opportunity to manage your own loyalty scheme. You can offer rewards for a variety of actions (from social sharing to recommending a friend), control your points system, create triggered messages and plenty more!
