We’ve made a number of changes to the User Interface to aid navigation within the Horizon platform. This article provides an overview of these changes:

Contacts > Add a new contact > Add a channel
When adding or editing a channel within a contact record such as an email address, we’ve added a link to enable you to quickly add a new opt-in category. Previously, this was only accessible by going to the settings menu. Once the opt in category has been added, you can continue editing the contact record.
